Pelatihan Pemilihan Digital RW 06 Berbasis Website di Kel. Cikutra

Abstract

The development of information technology has provided convenience and fluency in various human social activities, including its use in the election process. This is of course in accordance with the government's goals which are intensifying digital services towards e-government. An election system based on information technology using internet services is expected to be able to support and facilitate the democratic process expected by citizens in selecting future leaders.

The research location for selecting the head of the Rukun Warga (RW) digitally is in RW 06, Cikutra Village, Bandung City. The RW has 7 (seven) Neighborhood Units (RT) with a total of 494 Heads of Families (KK). Each KK in the RW may only cast 1 (one) vote for a RW candidate. RW candidates consist of 4 candidates, 1 woman and 3 mens.

The digital RW selection application was developed using a platform from Google, namely Google sites and Goggle forms. The results of the election implementation can be monitored online by residents through the citizens' website that has been made before.
